Return and Exchange Policy for Craig Cameron Ride Smart Horsemanship Products:

  • Please check your order carefully.
  • If you need to return/exchange an item, return authorizations and the return authorization number must be obtained from our office by calling 254-728-3082. 
  • There will be no refunds/returns past 30 days from the date of purchase. 
  • Returned items for credit will be refunded less shipping cost and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. 
  • Our limited warranty covers defects in craftsmanship and/or material. It is valid for 30 days from the shipment date.
    • Note:  Halters and hackamores are not adjustable.  Untying of any knots voids the warranty.  Please call our office with any questions or concerns regarding the knots and sizes.
  •  Craig Cameron Ride Smart Horsemanship will only accept returns when they have a valid return number listed on the outside of the return package.  Return items must be in NEW, original and resellabile condition.  Soiled or open items are not accepted.  Neither sale items nor apparel will be accepted for return.
  • Custom orders may be exchanged for store credit only;
  • Customer is responsible for exchange shipping fees unless incorrect items were shipped.
  • All returns must contain the original packing slip and/or receipt with the return number. 
  • DVDs cannot be returned unless they are defective and can be exchanged for the same product only.
  • Craig Cameron Ride Smart Horsemanship is not responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
  •  Craig Cameron Ride Smart Horsemanship is not responsible for any fees that may be charged by the shopper’s bank if the shopper uses a debit or credit/debit card for payment.
  •  ALL TICKETS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Final decisions regarding condition, restocking fee, and reimbursement are at the discretion of the warranty department.

DAMAGED & DEFECTIVE PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

Damaged items must be reported within 10 days.
  Defective items must be reported for exchange within 30 days of shipping date.  ALL ITEMS RETURNED FOR EXCHANGE NEED TO INCLUDE A SHIPPING RETURN FEE.
