As your training progresses and you move out of the round pen, we feel that protecting your horse is an important part of horsemanship. Craig prefers to have boots with Velcro closures to speed his transitions as he rides many horses each day. If you don’t have the pressure of multiple transitions, you may prefer the sharp look of the buckle boots. Both closure styles provide excellent support and protection for your horse.
